SE-1197 pt 2

Here is the revised badging for Strathmore. It was designated as Rural Rescue, but has been since redesignated to Carseland Engine 1.

The only modifications worth mentioning are the addition ok a 4KW Honda generator and LED side markers over the rear wheels.

Behind the Engine here is one of our 2003 E-one Superior Kodiak Tankers.

SE-1197

Here are photos of a 1990 Superior Pierce Lance. These pictures were taken at our inspection visit. It spent the first 15 years of its life as Engine 5 at the Richmond Fire Department.

Since 1995, It has been serving in Wheatland County for the Strathmore Rural Fire Department. 3 years in the Strathmore Hall, and the last year + in the Carseland hall.

Its ULC badge says that its Serial # SE-1197

300 Gallon tank, 1050 GPM Hale pump, and a killer Q2 on the front bumper.

I'm posting this data in support of a program intended to record the history of the Canadian Fire Truck building industry. You can check it out at http://www.firetruckarchive.ca

I'll post updated photos of the new decaling later.
